Why you should buy a PlayStation 4 over an Xbox One

In this article I discuss why you should buy a PlayStation 4 over the Xbox One, their are many reasons why you should get a PS4 and here I will touch upon a few main reasons why you should go out and buy a PS4 right now. Keep in mind this article is for people who are still on the Xbox 360 or PS3, and this article certainly isn't trying to stir you away from buying an Xbox One if you like the Xbox One and what it offers good for you, but I'm just here to give some gamers out  there who have yet to invest in a next generation console yet.



- $400 for a more powerful system,
it is no secret that the PS4 is the more powerful system over the other two consoles, majority of it games run 1080p at 30fps locked, or 1080p at 60fps for other games both exclusives and multiplatform. Killzone Shadowfall, Knack, MLB 14 The Show, Infamous Second Son, The Last Of Us Remastered all run at a great resolution with a constant frame rate around 30-60fps.

- More Exclusive games and more exclusive games coming out as a whole
A lot of people here may disagree with me all this or try to downplay it as (its just indies) but here me out, their is nothing wrong with indie games what so ever. Indies as sad as it may be are more creative and original then most of these "Triple AAA" games that gamers try to justify their purchase now a days. Games like No Mans Sky, Hotline Miami 2 Wrong Number, etc are great original indie titles versus games like Call of Duty or Battlefield where its all just the same thing which is point and shoot. But that's not all we got, we got a great list of amazing exclusives coming to PS4 and more yet to be announced! Uncharted 4, BloodBorne, Little big Planet 3, DriveClub, The Order 1886,Natural Doctrine, Infamous Second Son, Killzone Shadowfall, Knack, MLB 14 The Show, Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn, The Last Of Us Remastered, Planetside 2, H1Z1, Omega Quintet, Everybodys Gone To The Rapture, Shadow Of The Beast, Without Memory, etc and the list never stops there. Lots of diversity of games which include indies, free to plays, "Triple AAA", etc. You certainly don't want to miss a thing that comes out on Ps4 that's for sure!

- Larger Install Base/Community,
PS4 has over 10 million units sold which means it has a bigger community online where you can play with friends, compete against other gamers, party chat with people, etc. Overall just provides another reason for online gamers to buy a PS4 for this exact reason. Xbox One "Supposedly" has a better online experience which in my opinion is mostly just a hoax because I had no problems with PSN so far and with Xbox Live I had about 1-3 problems when trying to game online on Xbox Live.

- PS Plus, PS Now, PS Vita, and Project Morpheus
Reasons why you would want to buy a PS4 is this one right here, PS Plus offers gamers 2 free games a month across 3 platforms, exclusive discounts, access to betas, timed trials, and other great exclusive content. PS Now reasons why is for you can access an amazing library to stream PS3, PS2 and PS1 games on your PS4. Some may argue the price however Sony has announced recently when the Open Beta was released that they are currently working on a subscription based model for PS Now for those who would like that option so no need to worry about that, PS Vita provides as a second screen to play games on and the games still looks as beautiful playing on the Vita instead of on the Big screen TV, like it was designed for it originally! Project Morpheus, is going to provide you more impressive gameplay and immerse you in the story like you're actually apart of it with Virtual reality.
