Hideo Kojima stated something about his upcoming Silent Hill game and he told us that it will make players "Shit their pants." While speaking through a translator during Konami's press conference at Gamescom 2014, he even joked about a pair a pants coming in the limited edition of the game for those who crap theirs.
He further went on to say that the game will be really frightening,
and that he doesn’t care if less people play it because of that.
"That’s why there’s a limit on how scary you can make a
game, but in this case we’re ignoring that. If you don’t want to keep
playing through the game, so be it we don’t care. That’s the game we’re
aiming for. We’re aiming for a game that will make you shit your pants."
